A: One of the benefits of this site is that your ads will always stay here until you delete them. So you have to create an account so you can always update your postings in future if you need to. Each user of this site can post up to 5 service ads here and by creating an account, you can manage your current ads and modify them in future.


Q: How do I post an ad?
A: You have to sign up and become a member first. Then log into your account and click on "Create a new Ad" and fill in your information. Select the category that best describes the services you offer. Choose a Nick Name for your business/services which will appear as your public ad name. The Ad's Name information will not show up to public and is for your reference only. You can create up to 5 Ads and the Ad's name will help you differentiate between your ads when you want to modify them later.
Your age is automatically calculated from your date of birth in your profile and you have the option of showing it in your Ad if it's a factor in the services you offer.


Q: How do I modify/delete my Ad?
A: Log into your account and choose the ad you want to update/change/delete. Make the changes and Save. If you want to delete your ad, click on the red button at the bottom of the page.


Q: How do I upload an image in my ad?
A: The picture must be a jpg, gif or png file and make sure it's smaller than 200KB. If you're just creating the ad, browse and select the picture and Save. If you want to change the image in your ad, simply log into your account, select the ad you want to modify and upload a new picture which will replace the previous picture. If you want to delete the image only, just check the Delete Image? checkbox and save your ad.


Q: How do I change my location or age?
A: Log into your account, and click on "My Profile". That's where you can change your date of birth or your location.

A: Since the ads you post on this site will always stay here, you can simply put a short ad on other sites like Craigslist and Kijiji and just put a link to your ad on this site. That way you can have all the details of your ad in one place and always just point to those details from anywhere.


Q: How do I refer to my ad on this site from another website?
A: You can view your ad either from "My Ads" section after you login, or by searching for it. The URL address that you see when you're viewing your ad, will always point to your ad. You can simply use that URL to refer to your ad from anywhere.


Q: What do I do if the Category of Services that I need does not exist?
A: Click on the "Contact us" link from the menu of the page. Fill in your name and email address. Choose "Submit a new Service Category" in the subject field, write the new category in the message field and send message. An email will be sent to the site administrator and when the new category is created, you will be contacted at your email address so you can create/modify your Ad.


Q: What do I do if there is bug/error on the site?
A: Click on the "Contact us" link from the menu of the page. Fill in your name and email address. Choose "An Error/Bug on the site" in the subject field, write the problem you have encountered in the message field and send message. An email will be sent to the site administrator and bugs/errors will be fixed in order of priority. In most cases, you will be notified of the results at your email address when the problem is resolved.
